Why did the chicken cross the road?
 
 
 
   Johnny: "To get to the other side. Everybody knows that chickens
 only walk on one side of the street. I mean, there chickens, right? 
 They're afraid, get it?"
 
   Roy: "Chickens don't cross roads"

   Chet: "Chickens? Hey that gives me an idea.... What do you think, Gage?
 Maybe we should line up all your chicks and see which one is stupid enough 
 to run across the highway to get to you."
 
   Cap: "Chet, you and Marco stand on opposite sides of the street and direct traffic.
 John, you and Roy walk that bird safely across the street. Mike and I'll keep an eye 
 out for any falling debris."
 
  Kel Brackett: "Personally, I have yet to see a chicken cross a street. 
 Let's get a full skull series just to be on the safe side."

 in effect in LA County prohibiting domestic fowl from randomly roaming the streets?
