Defiance Of The Beast

Hello. As you all know, my name is The Beast
and I don't care what you call me in the least.
You see, I am more powerful than you will ever be,
just try to douse my flame and you will see
that I can leap further up than you can ever dream
your precious water will just turn into steam.

When I get hungry, to all lengths I will go
to satisfy my hunger, you can just watch me grow.
Get your ladders, hoses, axes and foam
they are no match for me when I start to roam.

As much as you try to defeat me, I'll survive
and you can all head back to your stations dead or alive
for you see, when you all call me The Beast
I don't really care what you say in the least.
