"I didn’t ask for this!" Johnny lamented.

"Yes, you did," Roy calmly and quietly reminded his partner. "I heard you say those exact words."

"No, I didn’t!"

"Yes. You did."

"Huh, some help you are..." Johnny shrugged off Roy’s comment as he scooped up the necessary equipment for the job at hand.

Roy merely smiled as he watched as his partner saunter off. Suddenly, Johnny swung around with an air of defiance.

"What I SAID was – ‘Just ONCE I’d like to see CHET have to hang hose by HIMSELF!’" Johnny bellowed.

"Exactly!" Roy grinned. "Which left the latrine for YOU!"
