Alley Cat

The guys return from a call

They come into the dorm, Johnny speaking in a whisper

Chet says, "When does this library close?"

Johnny turns and says "Shhh" right in Captain Stanley's face.

After Johnny says, "Sorry, Cap," the guys go to see the cat

The guys see the cat and her kittens, John says, "Would ya look at that."

The guys watch the kittens climb around on their mother.

Johnny realizes a 'problem': there are 5 kittens, but 6 firemen. He wonders if she'd have another one. The guys agree she probably wouldn't go for that.

Captain Stanley asks: "What would I do with a kitten?"

Roy turns one down because he has a dog.

Johnny listens as Chet says he can't take one.

Marco has said he already has 2 cats

Mike's turn to say no to taking a kitten.

Johnny listens as Roy talks about a solution

Roy says he used to date a girl who  had a cat that had kittens

Johnny reacts as Roy tells him the girl used to give them as hostess gifts when she attended parties

It's not good news when Roy tells everyone the girl stopped getting invited to parties.

Johnny wonders what he's going to do

Johnny asks the cat, "What are you doing to my life?"

The klaxons go off and a call to the marina comes in

Chet says: "Hey, John, don't worry. . ."

"We'll take good care of your population explosion."

Johnny looks back at Chet and the others.

Women

The guys start to discuss Christy and her attitude after Johnny tells Cap she's arguing with a wall

Roy tells Johnny that maybe if he'd quit riding Christy so hard, she'd write something nice

Johnny reassures Monty Bodine that they are going to get him out in one piece

More reassurance
