The guys from Station 51 are on duty New Year's Eve...they make a toast at midnight with cider or something else non-alcoholic. What does each say for the toast?
Hank - To a better year for all of us. No
injuries (looking at Johnny), no bad jokes (looks at Chet), and promotions for
all.
Mike - A quieter year all around.
Roy - Friends, family and loved ones.
Marco - To old friends and new. May we be blessed with safety in our jobs.
Chet - To a new year full of fun and adventure!
Johnny - To life, and new beginnings. May there be no endings.
Purry:
Hank - To the best bunch
of Twits that I've ever had the privilege to command
Mike - Love, health and happiness to you all
Roy - To family, friends and a safer world
Marco - May the new year be filled with love and laughter
Chet - Here's hoping that everyone has a injury free year. For you Gage, try for
an injury free month.
Johnny - To my brother and best friend, Roy, and my other brothers, Marco, Cap,
Mike and even Chet, may you be blessed with good health and fortune; and a smile
everyday.
Captain Stanley: "Here's to health and
happiness to each of us and our families."
Mike: "Ditto"
Roy: "Here's to more growth in the paramedic program."
Johnny: "Here's to being part of the best crew in LA County fire department."
Marco: "Here's to a safer year for everyone." (to which everyone agrees is a
great toast)
Chet: "Here's to another year of the Phantom." (and when everyone looks at him
in disbelief, especially Johnny, Chet continues) "What? Hey, he keeps things
interesting around here. What can I say?"
Hank - As you slide down
the banisters of life, may the splinters never point the wrong way.
Mike - Here's to Eternity, may we spend it in as good company as this night
finds us.
Marco - Real friendship is shown in times of trouble; prosperity is full of
friends. To my real friends, happy new year.
Roy - Here's to our friends, and the strength to put up with them. (At this,
Johnny would be stuttering and stammering "what...what do you mean by that? Is
that a swipe at me?" While Chet would be cackling in the glass of apple juice.)
Johnny - To the best job in the world and the best partner a guy could have. At
least until that toast. Sheesh! And to a little less Phantom, please.
Chet - Here's to you and here's to me, May we never disagree. But if we do, The
hell with you, Here's to me!
Captain Stanley - Here's
to the greatest crew a captain could ever ask for. God Bless You All.
Mike - To bad times behind us and better times ahead.
Roy - May all your wishes be granted and all your dreams come true. Happy New
Year!
Johnny - To friends who are, in truth, family. Wishing you all nothing but good
times.
Marco - May trouble take the high road for all of us in the coming year.
Chet - Here's to your fly never being open, your teeth always being clean, and
toilet paper never finding its way to the bottom of your shoe.
