The Accident

 

CHET KELLY(1) entered the station with a bandage around his ARM(2) and a C-collar. "What happened?" The chief asked he WROTE(3) a cup of coffee and chomped on a HAT(4).

"It was pretty incredible. I was just PANTING(5), minding my own CAR(6) when all of a sudden three CATS(7) banged into me. "It knocked my DOGS(8) off! Next thing I knew they stuck me on a SKIPPY(9) and TOLD(10) me to the hospital. DIXIE(11) took one look at me and ordered KIDS(12). 345(13) hours later I got the results. They decided to WADE(14) my injury and sent me home.

"Are you sure it's okay to be back? You look kinda DARK(15) to me." The chief gave him a SUNNY(16) look.

"It's worse than it DRAWS(17). Besides if I was at home, I'd just be CRYING(18) at the ceiling or eating LAMPS(19)."

"Well, be careful," the chief ordered. "I don't want you to scare the public. After all, we are COMPUTERS(20)."

"Don't worry, chief. I'll always keep an eye out for STATES(21) from now on. It won't happen again."

John Gage (1) entered the station with a bandage around his leg (2) and a C-collar. “What happened?” The chief asked as he ran (3) a cup of coffee and chomped on a bone (4).

“It was pretty incredible. I was just eating (5) there, minding my own cats (6) when all of a sudden three beans (7) banged into me. “It knocked my tree (8) off! Next thing I knew they stuck me on a hat (9) and swallowed (10) me to the hospital. Brackett (11) took one look at me and ordered runs (12). 15 (13) hours later I got the results. They decided to pick (14) my injury and sent me home.

“Are you sure it’s okay to be back? You look kinda blue (15) to me.” The chief gave him a little (16) look.

“It’s worse than it sits (17). Besides if I was at home I’d just be waving (18) at the ceiling or eating cups (19).”

“Well, be careful,” the chief ordered. “I don’t want you to scare the public. After all, we are umbrellas (20).”

“Don’t worry, chief. I’ll always keep an eye out for cars (21) from now on. It won’t happen again.”

Johnny Gage (1) entered the station with a bandage around his finger (2) and a C-collar. “What happened?” The chief asked as he trembled (3) a cup of coffee and chomped on a car (4).

“It was pretty incredible. I was just pacing (5) there, minding my own shoe (6) when all of a sudden three trees (7) banged into me. “It knocked my books (8) off! Next thing I knew they stuck me on a man (9) and treated (10) me to the hospital. Dr. Joe Early (11) took one look at me and ordered tables (12). 129 (13) hours later I got the results. They decided to see (14) my injury and sent me home.

“Are you sure it’s okay to be back? You look kinda sweet (15) to me.” The chief gave him a bold (16) look.

“It’s worse than it twitched (17). Besides if I was at home I’d just be pounding (18) the ceiling or eating houses (19).”

“Well, be careful,” the chief ordered. “I don’t want you to scare the public. After all, we are lawnmowers (20).”

“Don’t worry, chief. I’ll always keep an eye out for cats (21) from now on. It won’t happen again.”

Captain Stanley (1) entered the station with a bandage around his arm (2) and a C-collar. “What happened?” The chief asked as he ran (3) a cup of coffee and chomped on a kangaroo (4).

“It was pretty incredible. I was just sunning (5) there, minding my own cantaloupe (6) when all of a sudden three painters (7) banged into me. “It knocked my doctors (8) off! Next thing I knew they stuck me on a roller skate (9) and sent (10) me to the hospital. Nurse Dixie McCall (11) took one look at me and ordered belts (12). Three (13) hours later I got the results. They decided to bake (14) my injury and sent me home.

“Are you sure it’s okay to be back? You look kinda bright (15) to me.” The chief gave him a limp (16) look.

“It’s worse than it bulged (17). Besides if I was at home I’d just be throwing (18) at the ceiling or eating women (19).”

“Well, be careful,” the chief ordered. “I don’t want you to scare the public. After all, we are men (20).”

“Don’t worry, chief. I’ll always keep an eye out for children (21) from now on. It won’t happen again.”
