Chet - dark meat (Drumsticks), jellied cranberry sauce, mashed
potatoes and gravy, pumpkin pie
Johnny - light meat (lol), whole berry sauce, sweet potatoes, dutch
apple pie ala mode
Johnny - Totally a drumstick kinda guy (waving it in his hand as he talks when he's not gnawing on it)
Likes mashed potatoes, but not the little giblets in the gravy, sweet potatoes (with the little marshmallows on top),
no jello or variation of jello (reminds him too much of Rampart food) Pumpkin and apple pies (several pieces of both.)
Roy - White meat, thinly sliced, likes yams chunky, not all mashed up, only eats dressing to set an example for the kids.
(He likes his mother's better than Joanne's, but would never say anything to Joanne about it.)
No DeSoto actually eats cranberries, but they are on the table every year because it's traditional. LOL Roy is a berry pie guy.
Hank: Light meat, mashed potatoes and gravy. Take or
leave cranberries or sauce, green beans, dressing.
Hmmmm....chocolate pie or pecan pie; pumpkin if
pushed.
Marco: Dark or light (whatever is put on his plate),
mashed taters and gravy, whole kernel corn, green
beans, dressing and cranberry sauce. Salsa to go with
everything! Pumpkin pie or sweet tater pie.
Chet: dark meat (drumsticks and short legs) dressing
candied yams with marshmallows, dressing, green beans,
any kind of pie set in front of him.
Mike: Dark meat, dressing if no onions, candied yams
with ot without marshmallows, smashed taters if
available, corn on cob, green beans. Pecan or Apple
pie
Johnny: Dark meat (turkey) or Ham, dressing with gravy,
smashed taters (with cream gravy) corn, candied yams
with marshmallows, green beans. Chocolate Pie, Pecan
Pie or Peach Crunch
Roy: Whatever the kids leave behind (dark or light),
dressing with giblet gravy, candied yams without
marshmallows, black-eyed peas or purple hull peas,
dinner rolls. Jeff Davis Pie, pumpkin pie or chocolate pie.
Johnny....White meat on the turkey with lots of stuffing, mashed potatoes,
and a slice of pumpkin pie with cool whip on top!
Roy.....Likes both white and dark meat, yams, with Joanne's special sauce,
all topped off with a big slice of apple pie.
Chet....He takes the drumsticks, like whole red potatoes,
a little stuffing, and pumpkin pie a la mode.
Marco....Likes dark meat, but will eat either, mashed potatoes, a bit of stuffing,
but no celery in it, prefers key lime pie.
Hank....Loves the white meat, both mashed potatoes and yams, stuffing, and for dessert,
he likes old fashioned pumpkin pie, made with fresh pumpkin.
Mike....Prefers the white meat, likes yams with tiny marshmallows,
lots of stuffing, for dessert, he likes apple pie a la mode.
Johnny - white meat (sorry, but he's definitely a breast man),
homemade mashed potatoes with lots of turkey gravy
(but no nasty giblets, thank you), sausage stuffing, maple-glazed sweet potatoes, corn
jellied cranberry sauce (because he's fascinated
that it holds the shape of the can)
pumpkin pie with lots of whipped cream
Roy - white or dark meat (whatever he's in the mood for), homemade mashed potatoes with butter
(sorry, but Joanne's gravy is lumpy)

Captain Stanley - white meat only, please. New potatoes, green bean casserole,
cornbread stuffing, hot rolls & butter, Mrs. Stanley's Gingerbread Trifle
Mike - white meat, only. Sausage stuffing, butternut squash, corn pudding,
whole cranberry relish. Crumb-topped apple pie with vanilla ice cream
Marco - dark meat or drumstick, baked potato with butter and sour cream
(maybe some jalapenos), glazed sweet potatoes with pecans,
corn, tossed salad, pecan pie
Chet - drumstick, mashed potatoes (boxed is fine) with lots of gravy,
plain stuffing, Mama Kelly's orange glazed carrots, biscuits with honey,
pumpkin pie with lots of whipped cream
