Foundations By Jill Hargan
Not all friendships spring up instantly upon first meeting. There are some people we connect with immediately and know from the start will be life long friends. There are others, however, with whom a relationship takes time to grow and develop, and we never quite realize the moment that changes a person from someone we only barely tolerate, to someone we cannot imagine life without. For John Gage and Joanne DeSoto, it takes a life and death crisis. Pitted against a madman who holds, not only their lives, but the lives of Joanne's children in his hands, they come to realize that you don't have to be related to someone for them to hold a place in your heart. |
